Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of deldov, an SEO SaaS operated at https://deldov.vercel.app. By using deldov, you agree to these terms. Contact: shuee@trycommonplace.com

1. The service

deldov provides SEO tooling including site crawling, AI Visibility tracking, content generation, and Google Search Console analytics. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at shuee@trycommonplace.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use deldov. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your content

You own the websites and content you add to deldov. By connecting your site, you grant us a limited license to crawl it, store SEO data about it, and display that data in your dashboard. We do not claim ownership of your content.

AI-generated content produced by deldov is generated on your behalf using your site data. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use deldov to:

  • Crawl websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
  • Generate or publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the service
  • Use the service in ways that could harm other users or the infrastructure
  • Violate Google's Terms of Service when using Google Search Console integration features

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused time on a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, deldov and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of deldov shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
